Best dental office I have ever been to!

Dr. Ouano is a true artist of a dentist. Before seeing Dr. Ouano, my last experience with a dentist was so painful. I had gone in for several cavities and two of my teeth cracked and one of my fillings basically dissolved from the deep hole that was drilled in my molar. I was in pain for months because I was too afraid to go back to a dentist again, a fear I never had before that appointment. But I’m so glad I decided to head to Bayshore. Dr. Ouano was such a comfort to me. He sensed my anxiety and was sure to talk me through every single movement he did while I was in the chair. I never felt like I had to brace for anything unexpected. Very gentle. Wonderful and warm bedside manner. During the exam I learned why my cavity dissolved. I learned that my body metabolizes the numbing agent quickly and that’s why I was experiencing so much pain from my previous dentist. I got a play-by-play of my procedures before and after they were done. Informative. Compassionate. Painless. I really do mean painless. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Ouano. He is honestly the best dentist I’ve ever been to.

Had a great first experience at this office and will definitely continue here. The staff and Dr. are extremely friendly and thorough. They take their time and explain everything. The office is very clean with state of the art equipment.

My husband and I have always received the very best dental care and service from Bayshore Dental. The team are professional while still being warm and welcoming. The offices are modern and clearly state of the art. Dr. Ouano himself is a great person, always welcoming us with a smile. We no longer dread going to the dentist. It is a pleasant experience; we honestly enjoy visiting their office.

I had my first visit at Bayshore Dental Excellence last week and I am so glad I decided to go with this particular office! I called to make an appointment on Monday and they were able to fit me in for Thursday, whereas the other offices I called nearby told me they couldn't get me in for months! The receptionist, Susan was so sweet and kind and very accommodating as I mentioned before. Ariel, the hygienist who did my cleaning was EXCELLENT! She reviewed my health history throughly and explained everything she was going to do before she did anything. She even asked if I had any concerns or question which made me feel that she truly cared about my oral health and I wasn't just another patient on her schedule. Not only that, she was gentle and advised me to let her know if I felt anything uncomfortable throughout the cleaning. Her assistant, Brianna was awesome too! I loved the teamwork this place has and their communication skills are on point! I met Dr. Ouano briefly but he was just as amazing as the rest of his staff and I am looking forward to my next appointment with him in a few weeks!

I was a patient of Dr. Paul Ouano, in NJ, for about the past 15 years. I moved to TX more than a year ago, and a review is overdue. When I started going to Dr. Ouano, my teeth and gums were in very bad condition--I would describe my condition as a challenge for any dentist. Over the years, Dr. Ouano, did much triage and made prudential judgments about how to best treat my tooth and gum issues. I have no complaints whatsoever, and I can't imagine a more professional, knowledgeable, and competent dentist. If you are skeptical of what I am saying, read the other reviews on the Internet. I would be remiss if I did not mention that his entire staff is wonderful. I am not going to mention their names only because I fear I might leave someone out. Each member of his staff says that Dr. Ouano is the best boss they ever had. Having moved to TX recently, I had to see a local dentist due to a toothache. After looking at my X-rays and looking in my mouth, my new dentist expressed great admiration for the work that Dr. Ouano had done (no surprise). She said that my crowns were absolutely beautiful. If you live in central NJ and need dental work, I highly recommend Dr. Paul Ouano.
